In an era where teachers are in short supply, it is crucial that our school has the financial flexibility to pay competitive salaries t0 retain and hire only the best teachers. With teacher endowment monies, the operating budget will have additional dollars each year for teacher salaries and benefits. These dollars will go far to secure our school’s future by hiring and retaining the most gifted teachers.
Additionally, student endowment is necessary to keep our commitment of both socio-economic and ethnic diversity alive. Student endowment will enable Loyola to continue to offer financial aid to students in need.
