Phase I

Goal – $4,100,000


The initial step in full development of the Loyola campus addresses the most immediate needs of the campus, within the funding capabilities of an initial capital campaign. The projects listed in Phase I establish the foundation on which following projects will be built:

Community center/cafeteria – 7,000 sq. ft. – full service kitchen, fresh look, large windows, covered outdoor seating, a new space for social functions.

Library and Computer Center – 3,400 sq. ft. – enhanced and innovative learning programs, 18-seat computer lab, open seating and modern book stack.

New Academic Capacity – four new and improved classroom and a fully equipped chemistry lab.

Historical Restoration/New Finishes – original gymnasium will be salvaged and updated with retractable bleachers and improved lighting. Restoration will also extend to the most needing areas in the main school building and includes new air conditioning ceilings and lighting.

Teacher and Student Endowments – increased teacher salaries and benefits to hire and retain essential teachers.  Adjustments will also be made to provide more financial aid opportunities for those students in need.
